Orders ship out from our studio within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received for your order.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS. Once the package has been shipped, Having Bereiter Days is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, USPS deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual. We are so sorry for all delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner.

Returned Shipments

If your shipment comes back to our studio for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.
